What a great weekend! The baby showers for Rowan went off spectacularly! The weather was amazing as well and we had a great Father's Day at the house. What more could you ask for?
Rowan has a Godfather now. We asked my good friend Dave 'Depune' Stephan to be her Godfather, and he accepted on Saturday. I then put him to work on the yard with me! Not too much work, but it was a great help. Brooke came home and whipped up a burger dinner that was amazing.
We had Brooke's family over for Father's Day on Sunday. My dad is in Texas visiting Christian and then my cousin Steve this weekend. The rain held off so we could have steaks on the porch, very nice.
Seems the Big Ten and Comcast got their problems figured out. Looks like the Big Ten Channel will be on basic cable for Comcast users soon. I've seen nothing on Verizon, even though they told my dad that he'd have it in April. [Chicago Tribune]
