It's tournament time again! Sweet Sixteen  games tip off tonight and the squares go up to $100 per game for the next two  nights. Thought this Top 10 NCAA  Tournament first round upsets story was a good fit for kicking the  games off again. Some pretty good ones in here...and a couple of cool  YouTube links too. [Time.com]

 We saw Minoru  Mori's Roppongi Hills complex on our trip to Japan for Simon's wedding. It's  huge compared to the other buildings in the area. Roppongi Hills is the second  of two multi-use complexes going up in the Roppongi district. The other is  Tokyo Midtown and it  has the tallest building in Tokyo. [NY Times and Wikipedia.org]
