Parking in Paris

On the way to the restaurant that night, we walked through an area of central Paris with the 5 star hotels. Several had Ferraris or Lamborghinis or Bentleys parked out front. I snapped off one pic that came out.

Also throughout Paris are very little cars. I'm not even sure what they're called, however they can be parked perpendicular to the street! They're that small.
