Super Bowl weekend, getting ready for the annual party we throw for the fantasy football league. Lots of good food coming for the potluck, menu's on the fantasy football page. Chicago Tribune has some rules for Super Bowl parties. I've been thinking about my prediction for the game. I do think the Steelers are going to win, but not sure what the score will be. Let's say 31-28. If that happens, it'll be a lot of fun to see. 8 touchdowns!?! That'd be great.
John Madden will be doing his 11th Super Bowl on Sunday, this time for NBC. He's pretty much an icon of American football. [Wall Street Journal]

The Hoosier men keep getting closer to a win, but close doesn't count. Saw them lose to Minnesota on Sunday and then watched an error filled heartbreaker on Wednesday to Northwestern. I think that one of these days we'll get one. Maybe not Saturday vs. Ohio State, but I'm saying the buck stops vs. Iowa next Wednesday with me and Shlater in the house! Book it.
Eventually we'll get out to see Slumdog Millionaire. I was a bit surprised to read it's lackluster draw in India, but once I read the article it made more sense. [IMDb.com & Time]

Sad and interesting article for Super Bowl week. I'd bet you'd find the same results for former boxers as well. [CNN.com]
